inspired by the form and texture found within God's creation. This piece
demonstrates a chromatic blend of bright and passionate colors!
"Grey Blume" tends to play between a contrast of powerful colors against a
calming gray background. All objects seem so vibrant, but emotionally,
speak differently from their dark outlines and grayish undertones. My main
focus was walking the line of vibrant color against soothing backgrounds and

James Brian Shillingburg, a 27 year old Texas artist,
creates works from his imagination, heart, and soul. Through his works, he aspires to convey the harmony and movement found within nature. Inspired by the love of his family, Brian truly pours all of his confidence and passion into each one of his works. His dream is to be able the capture the essence of God's creation into bold and creative works of abstract art. He
resides with his wife (Amy) and son (Benjamin, 11 months of age) in College Station, Texas.
